It sounds like a profile issue alright. Question, I assume the device is standalone. Have you changed the default “User” account that the device uses to auto login? Maybe created a new one? If so you will have to alter netXclean not to delete the profile.
If you have not changed this it sounds like the profile is not unloading on logout and a new temp profile is loading which does not have the appserv.ini.
Normally you get a “windows could not unload the profile” message. The appserv.ini holds all your Citrix settings or the user.
