Its best to have the PC a member of the domain before installing Rapport, I am assuming that you had to do a bit of tweaking to get the rapport console to work as it would not have had a domain account.

I would check IIS, the permissions can change after domain membership that can cause issues with the web service. Have a look for any event log errors. Also even though the devices are red can you manage them? If you send a reboot or image does it work? This will give me an idea on how broken Rapport is.

Thomas is a great engineer and I am sure will help out if needs be too.

Finally, I don’t speak German but your Australian is pretty good! 🙂
