Do you mean you want to login to the device as administrator?
When the terminal is loged in select log off and then hold the Shift – Esc key before it auto logs in again. You can then login as administrator (assuming you have the password)
With Rapport on the network you could set up a new terminal and then push these setting to the existing terminals if you cant get into the existing box.
