The screen print is different to the in built printers, if you have a locally attached printer use the PCL option. If you want to use a network printer from the device use the network option.
The Jetcert Print addon provides USB print support (via LPT2) and printing from IE, the standard printer applet will creat printers in a ICA/RDP session.
The trick with CE is that there in no print subsystem as there is in Windows XP. When you define a print it simply passes the information from the server right to the port without proccessing (spooling) it.
