We were running into a similar issue with autosignoff not working with published applications. Apparently the ini file is very picky about placement and syntax. Try placing AutoSignoff=yes on a line of its own right underneath Locale=English or before display, time, and network settings. When I had it at the end of the ini file in a line with other commands it didn’t work at all. Now it does.
