I’m sure you’re right.
There’s always pros and cons as IGEL devices and software won’t be bugfree.
But taking away something, what was there before and what is still offered by competitors ain’t really smart.
Why drive customers to think about alternatives, by being so inconvenient ?
The Oracle Self Service Center itself is painful enough; there was no need to set one more atop.
