@griphter, there are differnet people using this thread. Some, like you, don’t use WDM, others do.
If you are using WDM 4.9.1 you will need the latest hotfix to fix this issue HF04091034412.
If you do not use WDM, you should be fine by adding
WDMService=no DHCPinform=no DNSLookup=no
or, if you are using firmware version lower than 7.1_133
RapportDisable=no DHCPinform=no DNSLookup=no
