We’ve had a similar issue using the TCX Multi Display tool whereby IE8 was often on opening. We have Citrix XenApp 6 on W2k8 R2, obviously 64bit. I found that it was down to us incorrectly enabling the 32bit Multi screen tool instead of using the 64 bit version also found in most of the recent versions of TCX. If you use MainHK64.exe you may find that the crashing stops…although dual screens over ICA doesn’t work correctly.
I still have lots of testing to do before I’m fully convinced but I wanted to share with someone as it’s had me pulling my hair our for the last month or so just trying to find out the cause of the crash!!!
