After reading your post i still didn’t got it what you are looking for , but the only thing i can advise you is to use the “Configuration Generator” (found in the download section) if you are unsure about anything.
If you are looking for a admin mode which can only be unlocked by a password, this is easy you need something like this in your wnos.ini :
