Hi Brad,
wow, that’s a long story and it looks like you have been to some sort of trouble.
Honestly I have no concrete idea on how to solve your issues but at least some points you should try.
– Attach a PC in the troublesome offices to test if the TC or the modem/router is the issue
– Install the latest Citrix ICA client on the V90L to test the client site
– if one TC is failing , what about the other at the same site? Can they still work?
