There is only one test you can do before returing the unit.
– Open the broken C90
– Locate the BIOS chip (should be under the flash module). It is socketed and appr. 1cmx1cm in size.
– Remove this carefully
– do the same on a working unit
– plug in the working BIOS in the broken unit

If the broken unit is now booting we have a good chance of fixing the issue.
