Upgrading will not reset the unit.

Please sum up all needed details once more:

– IP of your FTP server
– complete path where your wnos.ini is stored on the FTP server
– complete entry on the S10 for the Fileserver
– username used to access the Fileserver
– check WDM server if under Configuration Manager-Preferences-WTOS Preferences the checkbox to submit the WTOS path is checked.
