This normaly happens when either the BIOS is alter in a wrong way or the flash memory where the WTOS image is saved it corrupt or broken.
Try to first reset the BIOS to Default Settings.
If that does not help, open the box and check wether the flash module is inserted correctly.
Next try would be to reflash the unit using Wyse Simple Imager.
Last chance is to send the unit back to repair.
