First of all, Wyse has its own support, it is free and evyerbody can contact them. No need to contact and reseller.
Second, read the First Steps Guide on my website to learn about managing WTOS client.
Third, I highly recommend maintenance as it makes your life much easier.
Fourth, as long as you “only” upgrade any 6.3.x version to 6.3.y version it is free of charge even without maintenance
Fifth, if you upgrade 6.3.x to 6.4.x it is NOT free of charge.
Last, I highly recommend maintenance as it makes your life much easier.
