I did try this and it shows the HServer to be running. WDM seems to think differently. I got this as a response:

2009|3|20|11|8|8|-360|

6. Test this link for a response: http://localhost/hserver.dll?&V99

Also try replacing localhost with the HServer IP.

Try prompting the user account specified for anonymous access to local admin temporarily and repeat above.

You should get something like the following

2007|9|3|11|47|24|
YEAR | MONTH | DAY | HOUR | MINUTE | SECOND

This value will continue to update with each F5 (refresh)
If it’s getting a value back then HServer is running. If prompted for logon then it’s a permissions issue.
