Only applies to the WTOS devices. Linux holds its own time zone database, the only way to change this is by exporting this database and using a tool called “zic” to modify the start/end dates. This is not really something you would want to do yourself.
Be aware by setting the timezone forward you may have problems with calendar appointments set after the change to AEST. If possible turn off timezone re direction for the Linux clients and allow them to use the server time until you have a fix,
