CG, thanks for the reply. I’ll be contacting Wyse here in AU in the morning – they don’t attend their office 24/7 (how rude).
as for reproducable, i have 3 clients exhibiting the same behaviour, and continue to do it over and over, and it’s a definate 150mins 🙂
I have a V10L that i have just sent down the merry path of the same configs as the S10, but it’s running a 6.3.0 (demo) firmware.. tech support sent me the wrong file :(. But i’ll check it out in the morning as well to see if that does anything.
Hope we can get to the end of this, will keep any information flowing to the thread.
