Why should your flash run out of space? It is write protected so no data can be written to the space as long as the write filter is enabled.
A standard Wyse XPe unit has 512 MB of RAM and same of flash. Part of the RAM is used for video RAM. Another part is used for the RAM disk and the write filter cache file. This can easily result in 64MB+16MB+xxMB = up to 100-150MB of RAM. But this shouldn’t be an issue.
As soon as the WF cache exeeded a special limit it will give you a warning meesage. Next level it will reboot the unit.
