What is your back end that the S10’s are connecting too?
What firmware are you running on the S10’s.
Also double check the peripheral list that has been tested for the S10’s.
Finally check that your back end setup allows for USB Mapping of drives to the client sessions.
Also remember because wyse say the peripheral is not tested, doesn’t mean it wont work – Wyse advise that you test your self.
