I have a Latitude 3460 WES7P which I am trying to capture an image of. I am using USB Imaging Tool 184.108.40.206 I have used the tool to configure a ScanDisk Ultra 32GB to PULL. When booting the laptop from the USB Key and confirming I want to the pull the image I get the following message; ERROR: Platform not supported or USB key not configured properly ERROR STAGE: Platform Validation REASON: Platform unsupported / not recognised SOLUTION: Reconfigure the USB key and try again I have tried with a number of different ScanDisk USB keys but I have the same results. I have installed the USB Imaging Tool on a different workstation. I have to boot with UEFI (Legacy not does not work). Still the same problem. 20.
