    Hi All,

    I need some help!

I have a Latitude 3460 WES7P which I am trying to capture an image of.

I am using USB Imaging Tool 2.1.2.7

I have used the tool to configure a ScanDisk Ultra 32GB to PULL.

    When booting the laptop from the USB Key and confirming I want to the pull the image I get the following message;

ERROR: Platform not supported or USB key not configured properly

    ERROR STAGE: Platform Validation

REASON: Platform unsupported / not recognised

SOLUTION: Reconfigure the USB key and try again

I have tried with a number of different ScanDisk USB keys but I have the same results.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks
    Scott

    Sorry for the delayed response.

That is correct, I used the USB tool to configure the USB key for 64Bit.

Could you try with Compressed Image Pull?

I have tried with and without compression. I have also tried with and without BIOS.

I have tried with several different USB keys.

I have installed the USB Imaging Tool on a different workstation.

I have to boot with UEFI (Legacy not does not work).

    Still the same problem.

The System Partition is 120gb. Should this be smaller than 32gb? is this the problem?

Do you have a 120GB SSD in the unit?
USB Imager will always pull the whole flash size.
