Hello,

we have about 150 Wyse devices (941 / V90 / V90L) which we are changing manually if things change.

We are now considering using a management tool to deploy new software or changed links to the device.

As we newly have an MS Enterprise Contract we are starting to use SCCM 2007 für international rollouts.
Now is the question if and how good ist the management of Wyse Thin Clients with the SCCM 2007 (probably with the "System Center Configuration Manager 2007 Advanced Client pre-requisites macro component for Windows XP Embedded").

Does anyone has experience with that ?

Hi,

You could certainly try, my feeling is if you get the agent loaded you could deploy updates as long as you script the manual enable\disable of the Enhanced Write Filter. Simply enter this as a command line before executing a job,

Cheers,
